This all level 30-minute flow practice will get you into your breath and body through a creative series of salutations and postures. Emily taps into her experience as a dancer to offer a practice which is well sequenced, graceful and intuitive. From your shoulders and neck, to your hips and back, Emily’s vinyasa class will access each nook and cranny that may be looking for attention. You will come out of savasana feeling grounded, invigorated, and open to the possibilities that lie ahead!
