More of a good thing? Our teachers do an excellent job of getting us moving and sharing new skills with us. What if we had just a little more time? This 90-minute flow provides ample time to try something new. A vinyasa style class that gets you connecting breath with movement while intelligently preparing specific parts of the body for the pivotal posture we are building toward.
  • Class Level: All Levels
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still have energy after class)
  • Props: Yoga mat, two blocks and a strap are recommended

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About your teacher: Dawn has been a yoga teacher for nine years. Registered with Yoga Alliance, she has logged over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and received her E-RYT500 designation. Dawn is a military spouse and the mother of two small children.  She finds yoga as a tool to deal with the challenges of life and to be a great personal development tool.
