AcuYin w/ Nadja (60 min) // MON 1:30PM ET / 10:30AM PT

Create natural balance of health and wellness through a Meridian Yin based practice with focus on acupressure points!

Balance the Yang (active) aspects of your life with this slower paced style of Yin (calmness). The practice will help you to relax and unwind to recenter yourself by stimulating Chi movement through acupressure in the Meridian Lines, bringing mindfulness to your mind and mobility to your body.

Combining massage stimulation with yoga therapy balls for myofascial release followed by yin postures with emphasis on acupressure point stimulation to release tension and create healthy stress in the connective tissues.

  • Class Level: All Levels
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – restful – mostly slow holds
  • Props: Yoga mat, two yoga blocks, bolster, blanket and yoga therapy balls are recommended
  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
