Aloha Afternoons – Slow Flow (60 min) with Jessica // TUES 5pm ET / 2pm PT


An easy going yoga session. Aloha afternoons specialize in a slow flow with rejuvenating holds. The refreshing approach leads to relaxing and stretching. All levels and ages welcome to find freedom on the mat with a gentle and calming yoga practice. Clear your mind and enjoy a flow that will build self-confidence, relaxation, health and happiness.

  • Class Level: all levels (beginner to intermediate) 
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements on mat

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Jessica took her first yoga class near her college town in Michigan and fell in love with yoga. Through her journey she found that yoga always helped to center her and she fully supports allowing yoga to be fun and rewarding. Jessica enjoys teaching Gentle Yoga, Wellness, Fitness and Relaxation Themed Classes to people of all ages and body types.  Based in Oahu, Hawaii, she loves to share the aloha spirit and the unifying gifts of yoga.
