This class moves at a rhythmic pace for students who are familiar with a vinyasa style practice but is also accessible for beginners. André combines elements that both strengthen the body and enhance flexibility through connecting movements with breath. This class encourages students to deepen their practice by establishing a solid mind body connection through fluid movements and also incorporating some holds to increase strength. Balance and flexibility drills are used to strengthen the body and build heat establishing a flow encouraging students to be present in the moment and grow their practice.
