New To My Mat: Basics Class (30 min) // MON 9pm ET, 6pm PT


In this 30-minute class, we’ll break down some of the most common yoga poses, giving you an opportunity to refine and align so you get the most out of your practice. Bring your questions and we’ll start with what’s most important to you.

  • Class Level: beginner
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements on mat
  • Props: You’ll need a yoga mat. If you have a block and blanket, they are recommended, but are certainly not required.
