Start your day with 50-minutes of flow to wake up your body and mind, priming yourself for a great day. You’ll move through a full-range of movements, warming-up, elevating your heart-rate, and experiencing both strength and ease. You’ll end class with some deep stretches and leave class feeling ready to take on your day. You’ll need a yoga mat. If you have a block and blanket, they can be helpful, but are certainly not required. Taught by Be Luminous teaching staff.
