Yoga Snack (30 min) w/ BLY // WED 3:30pm ET / 12:30pm PT


Take a break and enjoy 30-minutes of mindful movement in a power flow style with one of Be Luminous Yoga’s inspiring and powerful teachers. You’ll get your blood flowing, reenergize yourself, and end with a few moments to recenter. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of your day. 

    • Class Level: all levels
    • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still have energy after class)
    • Props: You’ll need a yoga mat. If you have a block and blanket, they can be helpful, but are not required.
