A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, and focus on alignment of poses. This is a perfect yoga class for beginners but is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or those who prefer a more gentle approach to yoga. You will be guided into each pose to safely strengthen, tone and stabilize the body. We will focus on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.
About Your Teacher: Hania discovered yoga 9 years ago and immediately fell in love with the practice and its benefits. She wanted to share the love of yoga with others and completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2014 and has been teaching ever since. Hania views yoga not just as a physical practice but as a holistic way of life and as a transformative experience to help you stay balanced. Hania integrates postures, mindfulness, and breath into a moving mediation in a safe and welcoming environment.
