Beginner Hatha w/ Hania (60 min) SAT 10:30AM ET // 7:30 AM PT

A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, and focus on alignment of poses. This is a perfect yoga class for beginners but is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or those who prefer a more gentle approach to yoga. You will be guided into each pose to safely strengthen, tone and stabilize the body. We will focus on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.

  • Class Level: Beginner
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements on mat
  • Props: Two yoga blocks, a blanket and a pillow are recommended as props for this class.

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Hania discovered yoga 9 years ago and immediately fell in love with the practice and its benefits.
