Beginner Yoga (50 min) with Chanel // MON 5:30PM ET / 2:30PM PT


Learn basic yoga poses focusing on proper alignment while developing strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you are a new student or more experienced, this class will deepen your foundation and understanding of your practice and your body.

  • Class Level: beginner
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements on mat
  • Class also meets: Saturday
  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Chanel is a RYT-200 certified instructor who started her yoga journey when she injured her knee and her physical therapist suggested yoga as a form of healing.  At first she thought yoga was going to just “stretching” but quickly learned about it brought far more benefits both emotionally and physically. Chanel teaches a vinyasa (flow) style class that encourages her students to try new things in a non-judgemental environment.
