This Barre class integrates yoga, pilates and dance into a low impact workout that is as much fun as it is good for your body. With specific repetitive strengthening in thighs, pelvic muscles and core, this class accommodates women who are pregnant, people with back injuries or osteoporosis. A great class for more cardio and strengthening!
