TUE 8:30 – 9:30AM // Hatha All Levels with Jodi // beYoga and Wellness


This class incorporates the essential themes of Hatha Yoga and familiarizes the student with the fundamental asanas (postures) while focusing on alignment. A gradual introduction of new postures and repetition on learned postures will give students a strong foundation for more advanced study. Breathing and relaxation techniques are also incorporated into the class making it a great way to reduce stress while bringing balance to the body and mind.
