With smart sequencing, props, drills, partner work, and the wall – you will identify different techniques to employ in make inverting a regular part of your asana practice. As the program progresses you will explore methods of transitioning in and out of inversions in your regular flow classes, and using your newfound levity to add grace to all of your transitions – on and off the mat.
