Breath & Body – Slow to Medium Tempo Vinyasa with Dominic Stanley (60 min) // MON 7:30PM ET / 4:30PM PT


A slow to medium tempo vinyasa class that will give you the opportunity to connect your breath and movements. We will finish with gentle breath work and savasana. Expect to feel refreshed, and grounded in this class.

  • Class Level: All levels (suitable for beginners)
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle to Moderate
  • Props: Blocks and blankets are welcomed and encouraged but not required

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Dominic found yoga after his deployment to Iraq. He started his journey taking classes to improve his anxiety & flexibility and found the inner work to be profound. This experience motivated him to want to share the practice and become a teacher. Dominic’s training consists of Barkan Yoga (Bikram Lineage), Ashtanga/Rocket, Level 1 Warrior & Ease, Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra, and MsFRC mobility coaching. When he is not on the mat he is balancing family life and military commitments.
