FRI: 10:30 – 11:30am Heart to Heart w/ Cyndi // Breathe Yoga


The intention of this inquiry-based class is to listen to what your heart really wants.  What matters most to you, matters. This one-hour class will begin with a meditation followed by journaling and group discussion.  You will not need a mat or yoga clothes. All you need is a comfortable place to sit, a journal and a pen.
