TUE: 6:00 – 7:15pm Power Vinyasa Basics w/ Lori // Breathe Yoga


A heated Vinyasa class geared towards the student who is new to Vinyasa yoga. The intention of this class is to teach the fundamentals of Power Vinyasa yoga. This class is taught through clear verbal communication, occasional demonstration, and introduction of modifications to expose the newer student to Vinyasa yoga and optimally prepare them for an open level class.
