This 45 minute class focuses on mindful breathing, gentle vinyasa, balance, stretching and strengthening muscles and ends with a peaceful relaxation session. (This class is perfect for seniors or prenatal moms. )
About Your Teacher: Marie is a certified instructor at the 200 level through yogaspirit® Studios. She also studies alternative modalities for health and wellness and is a Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, Mindfulness Meditation Educator, Reiki Master/Teacher and Sound Healing Therapist (using Tibetan Singing Bowls). What Marie love most about yoga is that it is a never-ending journey, with continual opportunities to delve deeper into the practice. She hopes to inspire others to experience their own lifelong yogic journey.
