Awaken and ignite fire in your core and build strength throughout the whole body with a creative sequence of poses. Link conscious breath to fluid movement to increase energy and flexibility. Leave feeling stronger, grounded and invigorated!

  • Class Level: all levels: beginner to intermediate
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still have energy after class)

About Your Teacher: Val completed her 200 hour RYT teacher training at Vertical Soul Yoga in 2014 and promptly continued to the 300 hour teacher training at Inner Vision Yoga. Yoga has seen Valerie through college, graduate school, two big moves to Arizona and Costa Rica and other transitions in life. Her goal in each class is to provide a balanced practice for all students regardless of limitations.
