SPECIAL CLASS: Dharma Yoga – The Complete Practice w/ Tryphena Chia (120 min) // SAT 3/20 8AM ET / 5AM PT


Dharma Yoga is a Hatha-Raja practice following the Eight-Limb path as taught by Sri Dharma Mittra. This all levels workshop will include Pranayama (breathwork), Chanting, Asana (including backbends, twists, inversions, stretches and balancing postures), Deep Relaxation, and Meditation. Modifications will be provided for all levels of practice.

  • Class Level: All Levels
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, and still have energy after class.
  • Props: Please bring a block & a strap

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About your teacher: Tryphena (T) started her yoga practice in 2005 when she was living in New York City as a hotelier for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Her first training was in India with Moksha Yoga. Tryphena is one of a few 500hr certified Baptiste teachers in Asia. She has led numerous workshops, retreats, as well as teacher trainings over the years. T now teaches yoga in Hong Kong & seeks to share a complete & grounded practice with her students.
