Empowered Flow w/ Leah Cullis (60 min) // WED 5PM ET / 2PM PT


Empowered Flow is a dynamic and soulful vinyasa class that will encourage you to amplify your breath and move with intention. In this practice each posture is an opportunity to align your inner energy with your outer expression. You will build strength, focus and flexibility as you challenge your limits with curiosity and compassion. Classes are a blend of strength, surrender and celebration, and are built from Leah Cullis’ book, Power Yoga: Strength, Sweat, and Spirit.

  • Class Level: All Levels
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout (and still have energy after class)
  • Props: Two blocks are recommended

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About your teacher: Leah is a celebrated yoga teacher, holistic health coach, and author of Power Yoga: Strength Sweat, and Spirit. Leah has been featured on the cover of Yoga Journal Magazine, and created the Yoga Journal online course Pillars of Power Yoga. She led Yoga at the White House from 2009 through 2016 as part of a presidential initiative encouraging healthy and active living among children and families, sharing yoga with more than 30,000 participants each year.
