About Your Teacher: Nadine started practicing yoga almost 25 years ago with Larry Shultz of ‘It’s Yoga to Relax’ – while working 12 hour days and traveling 100K+ miles per year. Yoga helped her stay healthy and thrive in her career. She started teaching over 14 years ago to help others find a healthy balance in life. Nadine graduated from teacher trainings with Clayton Horton at Greenpath Yoga, David Swenson, YogaWorks and Urban Zen-level 1 and is an E-RYT500 certified teacher. She integrates Restorative and Yin Yoga for balance on her Vinyasa classes and she loves to help her students discover their own inner strength.
