This class is a blend of all-levels vinyasa yoga involving unique transitions that promote dynamic movement to create internal balance and harmony, followed by an unwinding of energy and effort within the body and mind. Beginning with a bit of breath and movement to burn off the day, ending with a gentle meditation to slowly unwind into your evening– it is a condensed combination of intention movement and guided relaxation to cultivate peace of mind and initiate a good night’s sleep.
Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
About Your Teacher: As a 200-hr and 300-hr Registered Yoga Teacher, recognized through Yoga Alliance, Dannika teaches her classes with the intention of creating sustainability and holistic awareness on personal and global levels. With a true passion for nature and adventure, Dannika hosts beach/outdoor yoga classes, guides yoga hikes, teaches SUP yoga on the water and co-hosts international yoga retreats, including Santa Teresa and Nosara, Costa Rica. Students of any yoga experience are encouraged to step on their mats, be themselves and practice with Dannika.
