Flow to Yin w/ Val (50 min) // WED 1PM ET / 10AM PT


This class will start slowly, shift the focus to building heat through a flowing sequence of poses and end with cooling floor poses that are held for several minutes. Each class will have a specific theme or focus in order to balance the yin and yang aspects of the body. 

  • Class Level: all levels
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still have energy after class)
  • Prerequisite: Previous yoga experience strongly recommended
  • Props: Blocks and straps are encouraged.

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Val completed her 200 hour RYT teacher training at Vertical Soul Yoga in 2014 and promptly continued to the 300 hour teacher training at Inner Vision Yoga. Yoga has seen Valerie through college, graduate school, two big moves to Arizona and Costa Rica and other transitions in life. Her goal in each class is to provide a balanced practice for all students regardless of limitations.
