A great part of the uniqueness of Forrest Yoga is the sequencing – embracing exercises that generate energy in the core and work to unwind the neck, shoulders, hips and spine. This sequencing is brilliant for building strength, stability and flexibility, and is very effective for creating healing around injuries. Classes are suitable for all levels.
