This live, group class focuses on proper mindset to live your yoga on and off the mat. Expect fundamental alignment, cleansing breath work and deep relaxation. Niki will move you through a well-rounded 60 minutes of familiar and innovative postures to get you out of your comfort zone and into your growth zone!
Beginners welcomed, though more experienced students will benefit from the precision and level of focus required. 2 blocks are recommended and a blanket if you have one.
