Foundations of Yoga with Traci (60 min) // WED 7:30pm ET / 4:30pm PT


A comprehensive class for all beginners whether first time or experienced. Become familiar with basic poses focusing on proper alignment while developing strength, balance, and flexibility. If you’ve never tried yoga, this is your class. Experienced beginners will also enjoy this class as they strengthen their foundation, gaining more knowledge and skills to move forward in their practice.

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Traci came to yoga at age 39, taking a 15 min youtube yoga class “by accident”. She didn’t realize she was practicing yoga until the end when the teacher mentioned it.  One 15 min class however, she was hooked! Traci is a RYT 200 certified instructor from a school in Rishikesh after a 30 day immersion in yoga teacher training in India. She is also certified as a Detoxification Specialist and Family Herbalist. She enjoys bringing students to an understanding of how their yoga practice is working for them, and how to use this valuable resource to equip themselves to affect a balanced, harmonious lifestyle.
