About Your Teacher: Cassie always found healing powers in movement of the body. Growing up a classical dancer, she finds yoga and barre to be a way to tie together body and soul. She completed her 200-hour Yoga-Teacher certification at Flow Yoga in Washington, DC as well as an apprenticeship with Ease Yoga in Alexandria, VA and received her barre certification at Lava Barre. She also recently became ACE certified in group fitness. She believes in connecting with her students and developing well thought out sequences.
