Full Body Barre with Cassie Ricalde (45 min) // TUES 6PM ET / 3PM PT


This class will be taught by Cornelius Jones Jr. on 4/13.
This full-body workout focuses on isolation of muscles. We will work not just your legs, but your core, arms and back!
  • Class Level: All Levels (suitable for Beginners)
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still have energy after class)
  • Props: We’ll us a yoga mat and sturdy chair. 1-3 pound hand weights (cans or water bottles are good alternatives) and resistance loops are recommended but not required.
  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Cassie always found healing powers in movement of the body. Growing up a classical dancer, she finds yoga and barre to be a way to tie together body and soul. She completed her 200-hour Yoga-Teacher certification at Flow Yoga in Washington, DC as well as an apprenticeship with Ease Yoga in Alexandria, VA and received her barre certification at Lava Barre. She also recently became ACE certified in group fitness. She believes in connecting with her students and developing well thought out sequences.
