This 25 minute gentle flow practice will be focused on releasing tension from the spine, head to tail. We’ll move slowly with attention to breath and alignment, while exploring a sequence accessible to all. Shoulders, hips and everything in between will be accessed with care. This practice if perfect for beginners, and even as a prenatal practice. Join Emily at noon, and take a little mid-day break to open up and let go of the accumulated tension of your morning!
