Gentle Yoga with Kate Murphy (60 min) // THURS 7AM ET / 4AM PT

This gentle yoga practice is accessible to all experience levels, and introduces mindful breath and movement built on the foundation of the six movements of the spine.

  • Class Level: All Levels (suitable for Beginners)
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements and seated slow holds on the mat
  • Props: Students may find blocks, a blanket and a strap supportive to their practice, but they are not required.
  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Kate fundamentally believes yoga is for everybody and every body. She has been practicing since 2013, and received her 200-hour RYT certification along with additional training in accessible yoga, mindful resilience for trauma recovery, and chair yoga in 2019. Kate is additionally focused on serving the veteran community through yoga. Her classes are accessible to all experience levels and empower people to move in the ways that serve them.
