Gentle Yoga for a Healthy Back with Stepfanie // WED 8AM ET


Safely and gently release, restore and strengthen your back, neck and hips. This all-levels, therapeutic class will help you relieve and prevent back and neck pain. With modifications and suggestions for all levels, we will focus on stretching and strengthening the back and core (including the psoas). We will also lengthen and decompress the spine and create more postural awareness for strong, healthy backs.


This live, group class focuses on proper mindset to live your yoga on and off the mat. Expect fundamental alignment, cleansing breath work and deep relaxation. Niki will move you through a well-rounded 60 minutes of familiar and innovative postures to get you out of your comfort zone and into your growth zone!
Beginners welcomed, though more experienced students will benefit from the precision and level of focus required. 2 blocks are recommended and a blanket if you have one.

Preparation for class

  • Because this is a live class done via video, we ask that you download the software (or app if you’re on mobile) when prompted. There’s no account registration or anything like that, and you’ll only have to do it the first time.
  • Please set up your yoga mat so that Stepfanie can see at least 75% of your body from the side, or at a slight angle to your phone or computer camera.  If you are in a cramped spot and you need to look straight into the camera, that’s fine.
  • This is your practice and your home, but remember you are not alone. Just as you have the ability to see every student and the teacher, they can all see you. Please be considerate in your dress and practice  environment. Keep it as sparse as possible.
  • Turn up your volume and keep your device charged.
