Hip Strength & Mobility with Val (30 min) TUES 12PM ET // 9AM PT


A flow-based class that will bring awareness, strength and greater mobility to weak and/or tight hips.  This class will pair strengthening poses with deep stretches to create stronger more balanced body.  Modifications are given throughout.

  • Class Level: all levels
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still have energy after class)
  • Prerequisite: Previous yoga experience strongly recommended
  • Props: It’s a good idea to have one or two blocks, a strap and a bolster (no worries if you don’t have props, books, belts and a pillow can be used too).

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Val completed her 200 hour RYT teacher training at Vertical Soul Yoga in 2014 and promptly continued to the 300 hour teacher training at Inner Vision Yoga. Yoga has seen Valerie through college, graduate school, two big moves to Arizona and Costa Rica and other transitions in life. Her goal in each class is to provide a balanced practice for all students regardless of limitations.
