Intermediate Power Flow (45 min) with Rachel // TUES 4PM ET / 1PM PT


Intermediate Power Flow is designed to leave you feeling grounded, connected, strong, and vital. Expect to move and be challenged with strong standing poses, arm balances, and creative transitions.

Prior yoga practice recommended.

  • Class Level: all levels (beginner to intermediate)
  • Ease/Intensity: Vigorous – prepare to breathe hard, have your heart rate up, and get sweaty

About Your Teacher: Rachel has been teaching Yoga since 2005 and practicing since the mid 90’s. She is a 1200hr Tier 3 Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher and former faculty member. Her yoga classes are powerful, playful, challenging, open-hearted, and will leave you with a deeper sense of purpose and authenticity. Rachel has been a presenter at Yoga Journal Live, Wanderlust, Telluride Yoga Fest, and many other large events and is a former professional snowboarder.
