An all level vinyasa practice with slow, deliberate movements bring a depth of mindfulness and intimacy back into today’s world of ‘Vinyasa’. Inviting a new intimate relationship to breath and movement into our practice, we begin to move away from automated and mechanical practice. As we remember that the practice of yoga lives in the present moment and is reborn with every breath we begin to reflect and connect to the practice of living yoga and we create space for Spirit and Prayer.
From time-to-time this class may present options for arm-balances and inversions but only with the awareness and reflection of the energy we create in these postures.
