Have you been wanting to get your kids involved in yoga? Well, here’s your opportunity to get kids moving and flowing in a non-competitive way! Let’s do this!
During our time together, we’ll practice different yoga poses and flow sequences. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary. Just a willingness to move, and learn how to become more focused, balanced and relaxed.

About Your Teacher: Ali completed her 200-hour yoga certification in 2017 with Life Power Yoga focusing on hot power vinyasa and yin yoga and completed her Pretzel Kids Yoga certification in 2018. She is a mom of three kids and one cute, crazy puppy. Ali converted from a cycle/barre/rowing instructor into a passionate yoga teacher because she loved how yoga challenged the muscles of her body and at the same time released some of the anxiety in her mind.
Teaching Pretzel Kids yoga was a natural addition as Ali knew her kids and other children could use a mental/physical practice, as well as a mindfulness practice. Ali is a forever student of yoga herself. She is also grateful to teach yoga to adults and children as this helps her students of all ages work towards their physical, emotional and mental goals.
