Have you been wanting to get your kids involved in yoga? Well, here’s your opportunity to get kids moving and flowing in a non-competitive way! Let’s do this!
During our time together, we’ll practice different yoga poses and flow sequences. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary. Just a willingness to move, and learn how to become more focused, balanced and relaxed.

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
About Your Teacher: Kim’s yoga journey started in 2014 when a running injury sent her looking for a new way to move her body and stay in shape. While she appreciated the physical results, it was the mental benefits that kept her coming back and eventually led her to become RYT-200 hour certified in 2019. She added her Pretzel Kids Yoga certification earlier this year in her commitment to bring the benefits of mindfulness to her own teenage son and other children. Kim teaches a vinyasa style class that focuses on breath, proper alignment and listening to your own body.
