Guided Meditation (30 min) with Claudia // WED 7PM ET / 4PM PT


Quiet your mind and increase your focus through a guided practice that will support you with simple and accessible tools to shift your attention and elevate your conscious state of awareness.

  • Class Level: all levels
  • Ease/Intensity: guided meditation (no yoga) 
  • Class also meets: Tuesdays
  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Claudia is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and a 200hr YTT graduate from VEToga, a local non-profit organization with a mission to bring yoga and meditation to veterans, first-responders and their families at no cost to them. Additionally, she has completed a trauma-informed yoga training program through Prison Yoga Project specifically designed to teach yoga to trauma affected populations, and has completed the Professional Yoga Nidra certification with the Integrative Amrit Yoga Nidra Method.
