A mindful flow that will help wake you up and get you ready for your day! Set your intention for the day or week as you gently flow from meditation to movement through this 45 minute session. Soft reminders throughout the practice will help keep you present and mindful of your movement and breath.
About Your Teacher: Brianna has been practicing yoga for over 9 years, and has been teaching for 1 year. She received her 200 Hour RYT Certification from the Registered Yoga School “Yoga With Shawna” by Shawna Schenk–Internationally known Yoga and Reiki instructor. Brianna is a forever student and is the kind of teacher who enjoys turning anything into a learning moment. By opening up the mind, heart and body during practice, Bri brings moments of playfulness and creativity to yourself and surroundings–on and off the mat.
