Move, ground, stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax as you release what you don’t need and prepare your body and mind for the week ahead. This class will include alignment focused mindful flow, grounding meditation, breathwork and relaxation.
Connect with yourself, explore, play, move and learn as you combat the Sunday scaries and transition from the weekend to the week ahead in this gentle evening class! All are welcome, but previous yoga experience is recommended. Bring blocks if you have them.
Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
About Your Teacher: Ashley has been practicing yoga since she was a teenager and has been teaching since 2007. She has completed over 500-hours of teacher trainings with many teachers and in multiple different lineages including her 200-hour training at Kripalu with Priti Robyn Ross and Randal Williams, her 85-hour prenatal training at Sacred Shape with Summer Quashie and James Bae, and her advanced 300-hour training at Goodyoga with Flannery Foster. Ashley loves breathwork, sequencing and alignment and encourages her students to find their own practice and authenticity both on and off the mat. In addition to her yoga practice, Ashley is an artist who likes to surf, bike, cook, camp and find adventure with family and friends. She lives in Los Angeles, California.
