Pelvic Floor Strength and Mobility with Brittney (35 min) // THURS 10am ET / 7am PT


NOTE: this special class is free for participants in the 4 Week Pelvic Health Program only, and not currently included in the Ompractice membership.

This is a whole body movement based class taught by a licensed Pelvic Health Physical Therapist. The focus of this class is to improve pelvic floor function in order to prevent and help treat problems such as urinary/bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. This class can be modified to meet you and your body where you are at, but regardless of your level, prepare to work hard and work up a sweat – there are no Kegels and no lying down in this pelvic floor class!

  • Class Level: All levels (beginner to advanced)
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate to Vigorous – prepare to burn calories, elevate your heart rate, and work your pelvic floor all at the same time
  • Props: Suggested – Light dumbbells (1-5lbs). These can be purchased on Amazon, or at stores such as Walmart, Target, or Dicks Sporting Goods.
  • Class Also Meets: Tuesdays at 10am ETSundays at 11am ET

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Brittney Cappiello has been a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist for 18+ years and is the founder of an online treatment and prevention program called My Core Floor, using education, exercise, and community to help women to take back control of their lives related to pelvic pain and bladder health. She specializes in helping women to prevent and treat problems related to pelvic health including, but not limited to diagnoses such as incontinence, pelvic pain, vaginal prolapse, urinary frequency, endometriosis, and interstitial cystitis.
