“Pilates is the complete coordination of Mind Body and Spirit” – Joseph Pilates

  • Class Level: All levels (suitable for beginners)
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout (and still have energy after class)
  • Props: Please bring a mat. At times, other props may be suggested for an added challenge/resistance or assistance including: small hand-held weights (water bottles or canned vegetables are good alternatives), a mini-ball (or small sturdy sofa pillow), and a towel 3-4 ft in length (incorporated at times for shoulder girdle work and added stretches).

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
