Pilates Mat (60 min) with Barbara Hospod // MON 6:30PM ET / 3:30PM PT

This class consists of an essential flow of Pilates exercises with modifications and progressions. The sequence of movements is intended to target the core while improving muscular symmetry, alignment and endurance. Focus will also include enhanced range of motion, balance and coordination. Discover a stronger sense of mind-body awareness and move with more ease and grace. Bring a mat and a desire to move!

“Pilates is the complete coordination of Mind Body and Spirit” – Joseph Pilates

  • Class Level: All levels (suitable for beginners)
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout (and still have energy after class)
  • Props: Please bring a mat. At times, other props may be suggested for an added challenge/resistance or assistance including: small hand-held weights (water bottles or canned vegetables are good alternatives), a mini-ball (or small sturdy sofa pillow), and a towel 3-4 ft in length (incorporated at times for shoulder girdle work and added stretches).

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
