This powerful 60 min session is a deeply healing yet strongly invigorating 60 minute yoga practice. We will integrate the power of mindful meditation with the strength of a commanding vinyasa practice. An opportunity to release the old and embark on the new, this curated flow of poses and heart-opening inspiration will deeply connect our practice of balance, endurance, and power on the mat, to our life and purpose off the mat.
