Power Yoga with Chelle (45 min) // MON 8:45PM ET / 5:45PM PT


Power Yoga is a steady paced class designed to challenge and inspire you both physically and mentally. Long holds & energetic flow will leave you feeling strong, open and completely rinsed out.

  • Class Level: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate
  • Ease/Intensity: Vigorous – prepare to breathe hard, have your heart rate up, and get sweaty
  • Prerequisite: Previous yoga experience strongly recommended
  • Props: Block and strap recommended
  • Class Also Meets: Wednesdays
  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Chelle started practicing yoga in 2007 in search of a workout where she wouldn’t have to work hard. Turns out that Power Yoga wasn’t easy at all, but the challenges she experienced on her mat were so impactful in how she was able to show up off of it, that she knew that she had to share the practice with as many people as possible. Chelle is an ERYT-500 Teacher with over 10,000 hours of teaching experience and is a Certified Tier 3 Baptiste Influencer through the Baptiste Institute. She & her husband Kris love to spend time traveling, playing with their rescue animals & of course, doing yoga. They are opening a retreat center in Mexico in 2020.
