In this Vinyasa-based class, connect breath to movement while building strength and stability in static poses and playing with challenging pose variations. Expect to sweat, breath, and push your limits.

About Your Teacher: Lisa is a seasoned yogi completing her 200-hour certification with YogaWorks in New York in 2010 and finished her 300-hour certification with Grace Morales in North Carolina in 2014. She is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP and has logged more than 2,000 teaching hours.  Additionally, Lisa co-leads Hot Asana Yoga University 200- and 300-hour trainings with Virginia Gallagher in both domestic and international locations and currently serves as Teaching Director at Hot Asana Yoga Studio & Boutique, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
