Power Yoga with Dawn (45 min) // TUES 8:45PM ET / 5:45PM PT

Power Yoga is a steady paced class designed to challenge and inspire you both physically and mentally. Long holds & energetic flow will leave you feeling strong, open and completely rinsed out.

  • Class Level: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate
  • Ease/Intensity: Vigorous – prepare to breathe hard, have your heart rate up, and get sweaty
  • Prerequisite: Previous yoga experience strongly recommended
  • Props: Block and strap recommended
  • Camera On Policy:¬†ūü镬†We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Dawn has been teaching yoga since 2011. Registered with Yoga Alliance, she has logged over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and received her E-RYT500 designation. Dawn is a military spouse and the mother of two small children.  She finds yoga as a tool to deal with the challenges of life and to be a great personal development tool.
