About Your Teacher: Lisa is a seasoned yogi completing her 200-hour certification with YogaWorks in New York in 2010 and finished her 300-hour certification with Grace Morales in North Carolina in 2014. She is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP and has logged more than 2,000 teaching hours. Additionally, Lisa co-leads Hot Asana Yoga University 200- and 300-hour trainings with Virginia Gallagher in both domestic and international locations and currently serves as Teaching Director at Hot Asana Yoga Studio & Boutique, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
