Prenatal Gentle Flow with Kate Waitzkin (45 min) // WED 10AM ET / 7AM PT


This class will be cancelled on 11/3.
Gentle, well-rounded practice designed especially for the mamas. Each practice will support you at any stage of your pregnancy and will offer an opportunity for you to connect to your baby and tap into your own inherent steadiness, strength, and ease.
NOTE: This class is only for people who are currently pregnant.
  • Class Level: All levels – suitable for beginners
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements on mat
  • Props: These props may help you feel more supported as you move through your practice, but we can always make do without! Consider the following props for your prenatal practice : 2 blocks + 1 blanket and/or a bolster or pillow.

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Kate Waitzkin is a mama of three, writer, essential oil educator, and celebrated yoga and meditation teacher. She is recognized for her accessible and potent approach to leading guided meditation and for creating an impactful experience through both vinyasa flow and prenatal flow with a blend of breath-centered movement, inspired sequencing, and purposeful moments of reflection. Her teaching is influenced by several yoga traditions and a number of distinguished teachers and mentors with whom she has studied and worked. Kate has taught yoga and meditation since 2006 and continues to lead public and private classes (online), workshops, and retreats throughout the year.
