Prenatal Yoga (60 min) w/ Ann // THURS 7:30pm ET / 4:30pm PT


This class is perfect for all levels and empowers pregnant parents-to be and helps to adjust to the changes in their body, while strengthening the muscles needed for labor. This class is relaxing and gentle and is only for people who are currently pregnant.

  • Class Level: all levels
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements on mat
  • Props: You‘ll want to have a mat, blanket and pillows available.
  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Ann Carroll is based in Savannah, Georgia and started practicing Integral Hatha Yoga® in the early 90’s as a way to combat job stress from her corporate career and personal life.  Ann is an experienced 500-Level Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, an 85 hour Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, a member of the Integral Yoga Teachers Association and founder and member of The Savannah Area Teachers of Yoga Association (SATYA). She is also a lead teacher in a 200-hour program since 2006 and lead Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training Programs around the US. Ann feels that it is a true honor to teach pregnant and postnatal women as the benefits to them are so tangible!
