Athletic Recovery (60 min) SUN 4pm ET w/ Rebecka


Athletic Recovery is a series of yoga poses and flows to help joints, and improve flexibility and range of motion within muscle groups. The poses and stretches will help increase blood flow through your muscles and joints, helping your body recover from intense workouts from the week. Ample modifications available make this 60 minute class accessible to all levels.
