This class is for everyone! Unwind your body and mind, releasing physical and mental tension, for 60 minutes. This class combines restorative yoga with the healing benefits of Reiki, an energetic healing modality used for stress reduction and relaxation. The demands of day to day life often make it difficult to slow down and relax leading to more stress, hypertension, anxiety, insomnia, etc. The goal of this class is to incorporate more moments of mindful stillness into your life. Choose to take some time to nourish yourself (you can even do this practice from bed and drift right off to sleep), after all you deserve it.
About Your Teacher: An E-RYT 500, YACEP and certified Reiki Master, Angela completed her initial 200hr YTT with Yax Yoga Concepts in Hot Vinyasa and Hot Yoga. The majority of her continued studies are through Yoga Medicine (founded by Tiffany Cruikshank), specializing in myofascial release, restorative, and yin to name a few.
Angela is a retired competitive skydiver, yogi, foodie, reiki healer, and travel enthusiast currently based in Florida.She enjoys creating unique yoga and energy healing experiences; focusing on healing from the inside out.
